Ok, let's see how we'll this weekly review goes. Maybe I can actually remember to do it. So here's what I've melted this week.
GKC Goofy Grape -- 1/4 cup on a 25 watt Electric warmer. I didn't let this cure, though I am letting the rest of the cup sit. It was still incredibly strong, I could smell it just sitting next to the warmer that hadn't been on all day. There is a funny story with this one. I was cleaning and knocked the plate off of the warmer. All the wax was melted and poured all down my arm. While it scared me, it didn't hurt a bit. I want to say Granny's is soy, correct me if I'm wrong. That being said all I had to do was wipe it off of my arm with a paper towel.
I like this scent and I'm excited to melt the rest of it.
GKC Bedtime Bath -- 1/4 of a cup on a 25 watt electric warmer. This one was in my bedroom because it seems like a perfect bedroom scent. I didn't give this one time to cure but it was still pleasant in its throw. Very powdery with an undertone of lavender. Kinda like baby's bedtime lotion. I love it.
TCBK Gain -- 1 tart in a 25 watt. I've reviewed this one before. It is very clean but not exactly Gain.
TCBK Lick Me All Over -- 1/2 in a plug in warmer. I love this scent. I had half if a tart in my bathroom and kept thinking I was smelling it in the living room (bathroom is off the hall off the living room). I knew I didn't turn the warmer on and asked my husband if he had. He said he did about an hour before. I was smelling that tart from a room away over 2 other warmers. I love this one.
Orleans Candles Chateau -- 2 cubes in a 25 watt electric warmer. Very ozony. I've reviewed it before. I love it.
Unknown Brand Caribbean Breeze -- handful of beads(?) in a 25 watt electric warmer. I found this at Walmart. The brand is Mary's something or other and such. It's sweet and strong. Not very tropical but I like it. The only bad thing is this wax is HARD and takes forever to to melt.
Wow obviously I haven't melted much this week. Next week will be better I promise. Maybe. I will be out of town for the weekend so I obviously won't be melting anything.
Until later,
Melissa
